Shipping 

Orders are shipped out every Wednesday. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. 

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped out through USPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships out. 

Returns

We offer returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. 

Email us with your return request at hello@twobestiesphl.com.

If you have not worn the garments and there is no sign of distress or wear, and they are in their original packaging, you will get a refund minus shipping costs once they are checked back into our system. We refund the full amount of the merchandise cost to your credit card, which normally takes 48 hours on our end, during holidays and weekends it can take a bit longer. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. We process returns once a week.

We will be happy to help with any exchanges, questions, concerns or returns.  If you do wish to make an exchange or return please email us first at hello@twobestiesphl.com.

You must print out our Return Authorization email we send back to you and place in the package in order for us to process the return in a timely manner.  We will email you a return label for which you will be responsible for the cost.

Please note we deduct $7.50 from your refund for return shipping costs.
